I think I have pinhole phimosis?

I've done some searching and I'm pretty sure I have pinhole phimosis. My foreskin is unretractable and when I try to stretch, it will only go a little bit from stretching exercises until it becomes painful. Also, When I urinate, my foreskin 'balloons' up, and this has been a minor issue for me, because none of this hurts. I'm wondering if what I have is pinhole phimosis or just regular phimosis, and what can I do about it? Thanks
