My cd drive wont open! (Broken computer!)?

Okay, on my last computer that got a really bad virus has a cd in it that I need. I tried that pinhole thingy with a sowing needle (I don't have any pins at the moment o.o) but it didnt work! Any help? BTW my computer won't even start.
