Could I be having panic attacks (but)?

I believe its simply anxiety. I wouldnt recomend pills by a doctor causr it never "fixes" it but other theropy or ways to destress yourself. Its pretty normal but if it happens a lot yes it becomes a problem. Try talking to someone you trust to take things off your mind. Your probally expect too much of yourself but teach yourself to relax and that its ok. Ive had it since I was young and its just something you have to work yourself with.
