I have a Diana F+ CMYK and my pictures aren't turning out right.?

They are all super zoomed in and I can't make the pinhole effect work. I have looked up many tutorials and instructions, but I just cannot seem to get it right. Is it maybe the film? I use 400 fujifilm. It says on the box it is used for all occasions.
