Ghosting vision, help?

I went to my optometrist because I have ghosting...they prescribed me glasses even though they said I had a really low prescription and referred me to an ophthalmologist because of a blurred optic disc. My ophthalmologist has been seeing me for the past six months and says everything is fine with my optic disc but I'm still confused about how I get rid of this ghosting? The glasses they prescribed me don't make it go away, but it goes away through a pinhole. What do I do now?
